At contract signing, we finalize all preparations. We also collect any marketing dues agreed upon at this time. Contracts include your plan of action, specific requests & details pertaining to your sale, marketing plan, and your protections under Florida Law.
Rest assured as we take care of all preparations contracted! This is certainly our favorite part. Our online auctions, once marketed, run for between 7-10 days as the bidding ramps up for closing. We complete invoicing and arrange for item pickups. We are always excited to inform you of the proceeds collected for your sale.
You will recieve a check for the total auction proceeds, as contractually agreed, within 30 days of the sale. Enjoy peace of mind and great satisfaction, with the conclusion of a fine sale. I came across Gioia about a year ago through a LARGE estate/studio sale. She KNEW my company needed the items in her sale and she went OVER and above to try for the final sale with us and it just didn't work due to the owner's numbers.
